Mommy & Me

Perfect for ages 18 months to 3 years. Bond, bounce, and balance—together! Join us once a week for a 55-minute instructor-led class designed just for little movers and their grown-ups! This playful session is all about learning basic gymnastics skills in a fun, supportive environment. With music, movement, and lots of giggles, your child will build coordination, confidence, and a love for staying active—all while you enjoy every precious moment right by their side. (Free)

KinderGym

Our KinderGym classes are specifically designed for girls aged 4-5, providing a fun and enriching introduction to the world of gymnastics. These 55-minute classes, held once a week, allow young gymnasts to develop their basic motor skills while having fun and help to familiarize themselves with the gymnastics apparatus` they will soon be facing. Join us to give your little gymnast a joyful and rewarding start in gymnastics with our KinderGym classes!

Recreational

Our general recreational gymnastics classes for girls aged 6 to 15 offer an exciting and supportive environment for developing gymnastics skills. These 90-minute classes are designed to accommodate different skill levels and help each participant progress at her own pace. Here, we will master the basics of the four apparatuses of gymnastics: Floor, Beam, Bars, and Vault. Join us for a fun-filled and rewarding experience where your child can explore the joy of gymnastics, improve her skills, and make new friends. Our general recreational classes are the perfect way to nurture a love for the sport while building confidence and having a great time! We offer courses on Tuesdays Thursdays, and Saturdays. The groups are separated by age.
