Frequently Asked Questions

All gymnasts are required to wear a gymnastics leotard with the option of tight-fitting shorts. Tight-fitted short sleeved shirts are acceptable, but gymnastic suits are preferred. Gymnasts must have their hair tied back and are not permitted to wear loose fitting jewelry (ie: necklaces, hoop earrings, bracelets, anklets, etc). Studded earrings are acceptable. No socks are allowed while training to prevent slipping risks/injuries. Bare feet only in the gymnasium.

At our current location, spectators can watch from the hallway, but cannot enter the gym. This is a Federation/Insurance rule. There will be a spectators section in our new gym coming 2025!

Gymnastic suits are available at all times at Flex-Art. You can either send us an e-mail to let us know you would like to purchase a leotard OR speak to the club Director (Julie) when you see her at the gym. We will provide you with a suit for your daughter to try on before you buy to make sure it fits perfectly! The leotards are $60.00 and we accept cash only for this purchase.
