"Hello, my name is Leo and I’m one of the competitive coaches. I’ve been with Flex-Art since 2015. My favorite thing about being a coach here is watching my gymnasts improve in their skills and integrate themselves into the Flex-Art community. Outside of the gym, I’m very interested in music. I play base, acoustic guitar and I’m also a singer. My Goal is to one day become a music teacher, or just a teacher in general for elementary school kids." - Leo

"Hello! My name is Juliette. How excited I am to be coaching is beyond words. I’ve called Flex-Art home for may years, and I`m excited to return. I have such a strong enthusiasm about this sport and my athletes. I want to make sure they can continue to love what they do and perform as best they can. I did gymnastics from two to eight years old, then switched to All Star Cheerleading, which took me to the Orlando, Florida International Cheerleading Summit Championships. Since I achieved my goal of being in the top four globally, I firmly believe that you should pursue yours as well. I can’t wait to see these athletes succeed and grow! See you soon!" - Juliette

"Hi, I`m Julie, the director and head-coach at Flex-Art. I have been in the gymnastics world since 1975: I was a gymnast for eleven years and have been coaching for 37 years! I have coached everything from Mommy-And-Me to National level girls and I`ve enjoyed the ride tremendously. I have been a resident of the NDG community my entire life and love being part of the development of our girls, helping them become strong, well-rounded, community-minded women. In between all that "gyming," I`ve had four wonderful, energetic, and athletic children, all of whom have done gymnastics at Flex-Art and have worked and volunteered here (we have also had almost every one of their birthday parties at Flex-Art by their request).
