The time has finally come! We are moving into our new, permanent space at The Manoir. No need to worry about switching locations, our new gym will be right up the street from our current location on Ave Prud'homme. This move will come with a bigger space, new equipment, and more classes offered. We will keep you updated as the date approaches.

We are making some BIG changes for our Spring Session this year; we are MOVING! The new space will be bigger, and house better and new equipment such as - new spring floor - anchored bars - trampoline - and MORE. Our new address will be 4985 W Hill Ave, Montreal, Quebec H3X 1T6.
