Flex-Art Gymnastics Club is a non-profit organization that has a long-standing history in Notre-Dame-de-Grace. The club was opened in 1981 by Josée Elise Paquette in a small gymnasium in Trenholme Parc. In nine short years, we gained a sizable number of new members, and with a rapidly growing club, a bigger space was necessary. This led us to move to the popular and beautiful Snowden Theatre in 1990. Unfortunately, due to a flood and fire, the club was forced to relocate to our current temporary location here on Ave, Prud`homme.

We are very excited to inform the community that by the end of 2025, we will be making our last move to a new, permanent space in NDG`s very own Manoir! More updates and news to follow.
