The KinderGym program is an artistic gymnastics teaching program designed for ages 4 and 5.

Competitive Gym

The Flex Art gymnastics club offers levels R2, R3, R4 and R5 in the competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts train between 5 and 10 hours a week.

The challenge program is an introduction to competitive gymnastics. The program contains several levels such as: Challenge 1, 2 and 3.
